General Office Skills Program
To equip the graduate with the skills, knowledge, and abilities to perform the duties that are required of a general office skills clerk in an office environment.
Students will learn business communication, computer applications, job readiness, keyboarding, front office duties, filing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll and reception duties.
Graduates may find employment as word processors, call center associates, customer service representative, general typists, office assistant, administrative assistant and other secretarial office positions.
