General Office Skills Classes

Taking classes during the day Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. takes just under six months to complete. Does evening work better for you because of daytime obligations? Night classes are available too. They’re offered Monday through Thursday from 5:45 p.m. to 9:55 p.m. and the program takes just under nine months to complete. There’s even a weekend option! In nine months, spending Saturdays and Sundays at school can lead you to a new career! No matter when you’re taking the classes, they’ll all cover the same valuable information. General Office Skills Degree

These classes work towards getting a General Office Skills degree. When job-searching, completing a focused program can set you apart. It shows employers you’re committed and knowledgeable to enter their workplace seamlessly. The variety of classes can also increase your chances of gaining employment. The tasks you’ll have to do at these jobs can vary greatly from office to office, but they can include:

  • Answering telephones, taking messages and transferring calls
